Today my class and heaps of other schools went to south new Brighton to do a tuff run. We got to go do cool obstacles, crawl through mud, walk in the water, and slip down slip n slides.
On Friday me and my class went on a day trip to wellington. We went to the museum, the library, and the best of all the parliament building were we got to have lunch with the mp of east Christchurch.
Thank you avonhead rotary for supporting us in our ready by helping provide us with books. I am excited to see grandpa wearing a tutu.
For R.E we are learning how to be grateful so we made a poster of what we are grateful for.
Today we had a visit by Bob Bicker ton. He is a professional at old Maori instruments. These instruments are made out of bones, teeth, and wood, each instrument has its own unique sound. There was one that i felt like stuck out the most that being the one with a giant shell on the tip. Do you know how to play any unique instruments?
For writing we did a poster about Olympic stuff i decided to do an old Olympic sevens player DJ Forbes. DJ Forbes was the captain for the sevens team he also got the sevens player of the year in 2007, 2008, 2014, and 2017.
